FAQ

When and where can I pick up my order?

Order pickup is Tuesday from 5-6 pm at the Sublette County Library in Pinedale. Look for us in the board room. If you can't regularly make this pickup time/location reach out and we can figure out an alternate arrangement. If you aren't going to make it on any given pickup day please let us know and have someone else come pick up for you. We don't currently have a consistent cold storage space so we can't guarantee the quality of your order if you don't pickup at the designated time. Orders not picked up will be donated to the Pinedale Food Basket

I know several people in my neighborhood who want fresh produce weekly, but can't make the pickup at the Library. Are there other options?

If you have a location and want to host a pickup site for people in your area reach out and we can set it up.

Do I have to pay upfront for a weekly membership?

No! Make your first week's purchase and we'll keep delivering every week until you let us know you'd like opt out for any reason. We will charge your payment method each week, no need for an upfront payment. Please note that we offer these memberships in sets of 10-20 at time(due to the case sizes we receive from our growers) so if you cancel your membership and then want to start up again you may have to wait a bit until we have enough signups to onboard another group of members. If you are just going out of town for a bit and want to keep your membership going without any delays when you return we recommend getting a friend or family member to pickup for you while you are gone or you can let us know to donate it and we'll drop it off at the Food Basket the weeks you are gone.

Is everything certified organic?

Many of our products are, but not all of them. Products that are certified organic will be labeled COG in the product title. We offer lots of great products from producers who haven't gone through the certification process, but still grow very intentionally. If you have questions about growing practices for any products not labeled COG feel free to reach out.

Can I sell my products, memberships, or services in this store?

Yes! If you are a local gardener, farmer, rancher, food artisan or really anything else you can reach out to set up a partnership. We will sell your products for a commission and you can deliver anything we sold to the Tuesday night pickup at the Sublette County Library each week.
